This is not a ranking and there is no score of our own. Every rating below is published by an independent third party — the Better Business Bureau or Trustpilot — and links straight back to their page. Providers are listed alphabetically, not by rating.
The small dot next to a rating just reflects that rating provider's own scale (BBB's letter grades, or Trustpilot's own "Great"/"Excellent" bands) so it's easier to scan — filled for the top of that provider's own scale, hollow for the middle, muted for the lower end. A dash means no public profile exists for that provider, which is common for manufacturer-direct pharmacy programs and isn't itself a negative signal.
"Company stage" is the one exception to "no score of our own": it's our own bucketing of a sourced founding or launch date into Established (5+ years), Emerging (1–4 years), or New (under a year) — not a third-party rating. For very new providers, the fine print names the specific source (a launch announcement, a domain registration date) rather than leaving it blank.
