Does Lilly offer payment plans for Zepbound or Mounjaro?

No. Neither lilly.com nor LillyDirect lists an installment or payment-plan option — LillyDirect pricing applies per fill, paid at the time of purchase.
What Lilly does publish is three separate ways to lower the number you pay per fill:
With commercial insurance that covers the drug: the Zepbound savings card brings the copay to as little as $25 per fill (savings capped at $100/month and $1,300 per calendar year), and the Mounjaro savings card works similarly for up to a 3-month fill. Both exclude Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and VA coverage, and the current cards expire December 31, 2026.
Paying cash: Zepbound single-dose vials through LillyDirect run $299/month (2.5 mg) to $449/month (7.5 mg and up, when refilled within 45 days) — no membership fee. Lilly publishes no direct self-pay price for Mounjaro.
Limited income, no coverage: Lilly Cares, Lilly’s patient assistance program, provides certain medications at no cost — but check its current medication list before counting on it: it currently lists Trulicity, not Zepbound or Mounjaro.
